Third-generation acupuncturist. Over 25 years of clinical experience. Born in Busan, South Korea — where acupuncture and herbal medicine are simply medicine — Dr. Kim began his training under his grandfather at age five. He went on to graduate from Dongguk University, practice at the University of Southern California, and open Evergreen Wellness in Charlotte, NC in 2005.

Dr. Kim specializes in pain management, fertility, menopause, hormonal balance, thyroid disorders, and neurological conditions. He brings three generations of healing wisdom to every treatment plan — and builds every plan around the individual, not a protocol.

Sol Family Wellness | Medical Massage & Bodywork

Dr. Elizabeth Sol holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine — bringing a level of clinical expertise to therapeutic bodywork that is rare in Charlotte. She is a nationally board certified Asian Bodywork Therapist and licensed Massage Therapist in North Carolina.

At Evergreen Wellness, Dr. Sol specializes in Tui Na Asian medical massage, sports medicine massage, prenatal massage, and oncology massage. She approaches every patient with understanding, compassion, and a multifaceted clinical perspective that addresses even the most complex conditions.

In her personal life Dr. Sol is a wife, mother of two, and small farm owner in Union County — raising goats, pigs, chickens, and a deep belief that healing starts with how you live. She brings her whole heart — and her whole farm — to everything she does.

Aly Faber Mandell and her team bring 20 plus years of professional assisted stretch and mobility therapy to Evergreen Wellness through The Stretch Pros by The Stretch Lady: a results-driven stretch therapy practice built for athletes, active adults, desk workers, and anyone who wants to move better and feel better.

Every session is customized to your body’s specific movement patterns and areas of restriction. The team guides you through targeted assisted stretches that go deeper than you can reach on your own: releasing chronic tension, restoring range of motion, and giving your body the freedom to move the way it was designed to.

Your session may incorporate hot stones, hot towels, cupping, percussion therapy, and specialized soft-tissue tools to help release tension, improve mobility, and enhance recovery.

Each practitioner is a Licensed Massage Therapist with National Credentials. These are trained and certified Stretch Professionals. 

Most patients leave their first session moving noticeably differently than when they walked in.
