Cryotherapy

Cold. Powerful. Transformative.

WHAT IS CRYOTHERAPY?

Cryotherapy is a short, controlled exposure to extremely cold temperatures — reaching as low as -180°F — that triggers a powerful cascade of natural healing responses in the body. In just two to three minutes, your body activates its own recovery systems — reducing inflammation, flushing toxins, releasing endorphins, and accelerating cellular repair.

At Evergreen Wellness we use a state-of-the-art whole-body cryotherapy chamber — one of the most advanced available — delivering a consistent, effective cold experience in a spacious, comfortable environment. You control the intensity from inside the chamber.

HOW IT WORKS

When your body is exposed to intense cold, it responds immediately and intelligently. Blood rushes to your core to protect vital organs. Inflammatory markers are flushed from the bloodstream. Natural killer cells activate. Endorphins release.

When you step out — that oxygen-rich, endorphin-flooded blood rushes back through your entire body. The result is reduced inflammation, accelerated recovery, improved circulation, and an energy boost that most patients feel immediately.

Sessions last 2 to 3 minutes.

You'll enter the chamber in minimal clothing: typically shorts and a sports bra or tank, with gloves and socks provided to protect extremities.

Most patients feel an immediate sense of energy and wellbeing after their session. Some experience a mild tingling or redness that fades within minutes — both are completely normal.
